LAGREE METHOD

EVO Megaformer  |  Microformer

A low impact, high intensity core focused workout performed on a Megaformer or Microformer. Taught by our Certified Lagree Instructors, this workout is meant to gently strengthen and lengthen your body through the slow twitch muscles. Lagree will make you shake, sweat, and sore. 

PILATES

Hot Mat  |  Reformer

A low intensity, low impact muscle strengthening and lengthening workout performed on a Pilates reformer or mat. Reformer pilates focuses on controlled, core-centered movements that will improve balance, mobility, flexibility, and mood. Hot mat pilates classes use your body weight and props to work on coordination, posture, spinal heath, core strength and balance.
