LAGREE METHOD

What is Lagree? “The Lagree Methodis an exercise method specifically engineered to strengthen, tighten, and tone the muscles effectively and efficiently without any excess stress on the joints, connective tissues, or spine. Lagree is intense on the muscles and easy on the joints. The method will make you shake, sweat, and sore the next days. Lagree uses tried and proven training techniques and exercises such as planks, lunges, squats, push up as well as unique exercises such as Super Lunge, Catfish, and Scrambled Eggs. Centered on the eight principles we call the Magic 8, each workout varies in intensity in order to force physical changes, also known as positive adaptation.”

Level Fitness Lagree classes are taught by a certified Lagree instructor and follow The Academy. Our Lagree formats are true to the method –  focusing on form, range of motion, endurance, sequence, transitions, resistances, and planes of motion.

Please note: the number following “level” does not reflect the intensity of the class, but rather the format. 

Lagree Level 1.0
The Fundamentals

New to Lagree or a seasoned Sebastien fan, this class is bound to make you shake. Stick to the front of the EVO Megaformer machine with a standard Lagree format while you move slowly – we’re talking that “Lagree 2.0” tempo. Our instructors offer progressions and regressions for every class.

Lagree Level 2.0
The Craft

Mix up your Lagree workout with some new variations on our EVO Megaformers. Our certified Lagree instructors will introduce you to a variety of combos in this class. Prepare to move the carriage to the back! Our instructors offer progressions and regressions for every class.

Lagree Level 3.0
The Blend

Love Lagree but want to sweat a little more? This class is for you. Lagree Level 3.0 offers a powerful blend of EVO Megaformer, plyometrics, cardio, and prop work. The dynamics of the class are at the instructor’s discretion. Pack your tennis shoes, you might be doing a burpee. Our instructors offer progressions and regressions for every class.

A Power Session
35 minutes  |  all levels

A 35 minute Lagree session that is bound to make you sweat, shake, and sore. Get in and get out after an intense workout on the EVO Megaformer. Our instructors offer progressions and regressions for every class.

Lagree Community Class

Love Lagree and want to try something new? Our Microformer classes are bound to make you sweat, shake, and get sore – challenging your balance and core stability! The Micro is small but MIGHTY! Our certified Lagree instructors will introduce you to a variety of moves in this class! Progressions and regressions offered for every class.

PILATES

What is Pilates? A low intensity, low impact muscle strengthening workout. This practice focuses on controlled, core centered movements, that will improve balance, mobility, flexibility, and mood. 

Mat Pilates Level 1.0
The Classics
45 minutes  |  Room Temp or Hot

Through a series of precise, controlled movements, target all muscle groups in the body while working on posture, functionality and flexibility. Pilates in its truest form.

Mat Pilates Level 2.0
Reformer on the Mat

The original classical reformer flow performed on the mat. In this class you will test your connectivity, and bring into your practice each and every one of the six Pilates principles – gaining a better understanding of how your body moves and working out any imbalances to improve overall strength and posture. This class will make your mat and reformer practice even stronger!

Our instructors offer progressions and regressions for every class; however, we recommend taking a Level 1 Pilates Mat and Reformer class before attending.

Pilates Community Class

Reformer Pilates 1.0
Classical Pilates
45 minutes  |  Reformer
As Joseph Pilates intended, this reformer class is taught in a very small setting – 4 people max! In the original Classical Pilates method there is a sequence to the work, which was designed to move the body through a full range of movement. Classical reformer Pilates is dynamic, full body, controlled, flowing, and efficient. In this class, you will be guided through Joseph Pilates’ order of exercises from the reformer by a certified Pilates instructor. Refine and tune your own movement practice, better your form and function, and increase core strength.
**The Classical Pilates Reformer 1.0 class is not a part of the Level Unlimited Membership. Passes for this class must be purchased separately: “Reformer Small Group – Drop In” ($29)

YOGA

What is Yoga? Specific bodily postures paired with breath and meditation – a full mind and body experience. All Level Yoga instructors have completed at least their 200 hour.

Yoga Level 1.0
Yin

A slower paced yoga flow, focusing on longer held deep stretches, breathwork, heart work, and meditation.

Yoga Level 2.0
Vinyasa

experience suggested

Level’s Yoga 2.0 will take you through a faster paced vinyasa, pairing movement with breath in our infrared hot room. You can expect longer vinyasas, lots of chaturangas, and opportunities to build strength and focus.

Yoga Level 3.0
Cardio Scuplt
