LAGREE

What is Lagree? “The Lagree Method is an exercise method specifically engineered to strengthen, tighten, and tone the muscles effectively and efficiently without any excess stress on the joints, connective tissues, or spine. Lagree is intense on the muscles and easy on the joints. The method will make you shake, sweat, and sore the next days. Lagree uses tried and proven training techniques and exercises such as planks, lunges, squats, push up as well as unique exercises such as Super Lunge, Catfish, and Scrambled Eggs. Centered on the eight principles we call the Magic 8, each workout varies in intensity in order to force physical changes, also known as positive adaptation.”

Level Fitness Lagree classes are taught by a certified Lagree instructor and follow The Academy. Our Lagree formats are true to the method–  focusing on form, range of motion, endurance, sequence, transitions, resistances, and planes of motion.

Please note: the number following “level” does not reflect the intensity of the class, but rather the format. 

Lagree Level 1.0
The Fundamentals
45 minutes  |  all levels

New to Lagree or a seasoned Sebastien fan, this class is bound to make you shake. Stick to the front of the machine with a standard Lagree format while you move slowly – we’re talking that “Lagree 2.0” tempo. Our instructors offer progressions and regressions for every class.

Lagree Level 2.0
The Craft
45 minutes  |  all levels

Mix up your Lagree workout with some new variations. Our certified Lagree instructors will introduce you to a variety of combos in this class. Prepare to move the carriage to the back! Our instructors offer progressions and regressions for every class.

Lagree Level 3.0
The Blend
45 minutes  |  all levels

Love Lagree but want to sweat a little more? This class is for you. Lagree Level 3.0 offers a powerful blend of microformer, plyometrics, cardio, and prop work. The dynamics of the class are at the instructor’s discretion. Pack your tennis shoes, you might be doing a burpee. Our instructors offer progressions and regressions for every class.

A Power Session

A 35 minute Level Lagree session that is bound to make you sweat, shake, and sore. Get in and get out after an intense workout on the Microformer. Our instructors offer progressions and regressions for every class.

PILATES

What is Pilates? A low intensity, low impact muscle strengthening workout. This practice focuses on controlled, core centered movements, that will improve balance, mobility, flexibility, and mood. Reformer Pilates is offered by private appointment only.

Mat Pilates Level 1.0
The Classics
45 minutes  |  Room Temp or Hot

Through a series of precise, controlled movements, target all muscle groups in the body while working on posture, functionality and flexibility. Pilates in its truest form.

Mat Pilates Level 2.0
The Craft
45 minutes  |  Room Temp or Hot

Build on your classical mat series sequence. In this class, clients will be offered advanced classical mat pilates work, ending with an abdominal crusher. We recommend you try mat Pilates level 1.0 before attending a 2.0 class to learn the mat sequence.

Bring your sticky socks, mat, towel, and water. Please show up 10 minutes early. Only thing allowed near you in class is a water bottle.

Pilates Community Class

Mat Pilates Level 3.0

Our instructors offer progressions and regressions for every class; however, we recommend taking a Level Pilates Level 1 and Level 2 class before attending.
