“A room full of six year olds on yoga mats… a room full of adults on megaformers… a room full of sweaty bodies on bikes… you name it, I’ve taught it.” – HJLB
Hannah started on the mic with cycling at Jamie Scott Fitness (you can still catch her on the bike there). Jamie encouraged her to take a summer to head to Asheville and get certified to teach yoga.
In 2020, she began working at another local studio teaching Pilates and Lagree.Hannah is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) 200 hour, a certified Lagree Level 2 instructor, and a mom of two! Previous to her introduction to the fitness instructor world, Hannah was a school teacher for 11 years – directing plays, coaching cheerleading, and writing detention slips!
After a class with Hannah you will leave the studio feeling stronger, mentally and physically!
LILLY GREENHALGH
CO-FOUNDER
LAGREE, PILATES + YOGA INSTRUCTOR
-
“Fitness, working out, sweating, shaking – it’s all a privilege! Never take being in this space and moving your body for granted” – The queen behind the mic
Lilly has grown up with group fitness her entire life! She’s a third generation yoga instructor who was initially encouraged by her family to become certified. She dove into teaching full time post back surgery, being inspired to help others with injury prevention – because form is EVERYTHING and can really make or break an experience in group fitness.
Lilly is a RYT 200 hour, a certified Lagree level 2 instructor, and has completed additional trainings in barre methods and classical Pilates. When she isn’t working, which is rare because she’s obsessed with it, she is probably traveling all over the world, visiting family and friends!

-
Shireen has always valued health and fitness. As a teenager she first learned Mat Pilates from watching VHS tapes. In 2009, she received her Beginner Mat Pilates training through Power Pilates and taught group classes at a local athletic club for about a year.
Years of working a desk job took its toll on her back and she returned to Pilates to help with her back pain. During the pandemic in 2020, she decided to change careers and become a full time Pilates instructor and completed a 500 hour certification. She has been teaching group reformer classes since 2021. Wanting to truly understand the Pilates Method, she began studying classical Pilates and completed a 950 hour Advanced Comprehensive Training through The Pilates Center, Boulder, CO in 2023.
She grew up in Portland, OR and recently moved to Columbia, SC with her military husband. She enjoys teaching Pilates full time and helping people improve their overall health through Pilates.
PAIGE MCKEOWN
LAGREE + YOGA INSTRUCTOR
-
Paige has been passionate about health and fitness since being a competitive dancer in high school and college. An injury in 2011 made her realize the mind-body connection was the most important thing to her. She started practicing yoga and got her RYT 200 in at Hotbox Yoga in Philadelphia in 2014 while continuing to integrate mental and physical health completing her Master’s in Psychology.
Since then, Paige has taught yoga to college and high school students, athletes, and older adults. After adding in strength training but finding that some traditional methods had her prone to re-injury, she got hooked on Lagree in 2020. She decided to become an instructor and is now Level 1 certified and loves that the method is constantly requiring us to keep learning.
When she’s not teaching at Level, she’s conducting research to find the ways to best support college students, and will officially be Dr. McKeown in Spring 2024! Paige’s classes will make you shake, sweat, and sing along to the playlist when she drops the mid-2000s hits.
Jaleasa Rodriguez

When you come to her class expect nothing but vibes. Show up as your authentic self, enjoy the playlists she curates (banger after banger, it’s always zero skips), and just have fun. Come flow and vibe with Jay at Level to find your inner-yogi!
